Technology Architect | Contract

Job Scope: 

As a Technology Architect Analyst, you will support the design, deployment, and operation of cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps practices, working alongside senior architects and client teams to deliver secure, automated environments.

Responsibilities:

• Document architecture designs and maintain up-to-date records.
• Set-up and maintain development and production environments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Set-up and maintain DevSecOps pipelines.
• Support external integration activities.
• Implement system operations capabilities including logging & monitoring, and backup & restore. 

Job Qualifications: 

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. 
• At least 10 years relevant working experience in technology architecture. 
• Advanced hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL preferably) and/or Windows Server administration.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, IAM, CloudWatch, SSM).
• Advanced Infrastructure as Code skills — Terraform (primary) or Ansible as secondary.
• Solid understanding of networking and security concepts (VPC design, routing, TLS, IAM, WAF).
• Scripting proficiency in Python and/or Bash for automation tasks.
• Working familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab, or equivalent).

Nice to Have:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or above).
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or Site24x7.
• Experience with containerised workloads (Kubernetes/EKS).
